Your Responsibilities
As a Barista, you will play an important role in daily café operations, ensuring high service standards and a smooth customer experience. Your day-to-day duties include:
F&B Operations
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items
- Manage cashiering duties and operate POS systems
Customer Service
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and offerings
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, and equipment
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly
Station Competency
You should be familiar with or willing to learn the following stations:
- Espresso Bar Station
- POS Station
- Sandwich Station
- Cold Beverage Station
- Café Station (Bussing)
- Back of House (Preparation Work)

Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of F&B experience as a Barista or in a similar role
