Your Responsibilities
As a Receptionist at JLL, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a professional and seamless front-office experience. Your main duties will include:
Telephonist Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls professionally during office hours (Mon–Fri)

Maintain and update internal phone lists
-
Process service requests efficiently and track performance metrics
-
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to ensure service quality
Administrative Support

Greet and guide visitors upon arrival
-
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
-
Manage access cards, badges, lift cards, and key requests
-
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
-
Support business card requests, signage management, and regional coordination tasks
-
Collaborate closely with the Taipei office to ensure alignment and smooth reception operations
Reporting and Coordination

Provide input for monthly reports and assist with KPI tracking

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data consolidation
Skills and Requirements
