Your Responsibilities
As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces to a high standard on residential and commercial projects. Your duties include:
Surface Preparation & Painting
- Prepare, clean, sand, and smooth surfaces before painting
- Repair cracks, holes, and surface imperfections
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and fabric wall coverings
Colour Mixing & Finishing
- Mix paint to the desired colour and texture
- Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes
- Advise clients on colour selection and wall covering options
Estimation & Planning
- Estimate costs, materials, and labour requirements
- Follow job specifications and timelines accurately
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow company safety procedures and site requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Skills and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3–5 years of professional painting experience
- Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to prepare surfaces and apply finishes accurately
- Experience with both interior and exterior painting
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina for manual and outdoor work
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Clear communication skills in English
- Ability to work full-time on-site
