Your Responsibilities

As a Laundry Attendant at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys clean, crisp, and perfectly presented linens and garments. Your duties include:

• Operating laundry machines (washers, dryers, and presses) efficiently and safely

• Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens according to hotel standards

• Inspecting finished laundry for quality and cleanliness

• Reporting any laundry equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs

• Assisting in linen inventory and ensuring proper stock rotation

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area

• Upholding all safety, hygiene, and Marriott service standards

Skills and Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning standards

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience in a hotel environment (preferred but not required)

• A professional demeanour and willingness to provide outstanding guest service

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
