Your Responsibilities

As a Labourer at BINGO Industries, you’ll play a key role in keeping our recycling operations efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant. Your main duties include:

  • Assisting with the recovery of recyclable materials such as bricks, cement, tiles, steel, and timber
  • Supporting the processing line by identifying and resolving issues like blockages or catch points
  • Performing manual handling tasks — including sweeping, raking, lifting, and general site cleaning
  • Ensuring safety and environmental standards are met and reporting any concerns promptly
  • Maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach to all tasks

Skills and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • The ability to safely complete manual and physical tasks in an industrial environment
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (strongly preferred due to limited public transport)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interpret safety signs and procedures
  • No prior experience required — full training provided!
