Your Responsibilities
Working as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Queens Beach Hotel you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome
- Share your passion for great food and drinks
- Take orders, serve meals and beverages efficiently
- Promote our ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits
- Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards
- Support your teammates to keep service running smoothly
Skills and Requirements
In order to qualify for the role you must:
- Be a people person with strong communication skills
- Give great attention to detail and teamwork spirit
- Display flexible availability across different shifts
- Hold a current RSA certification (mandatory)
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
