Your Responsibilities
As a Store Manager at Moustache Milk & Cookie Bar, you’ll lead from the front — creating a fun, engaging, and efficient workplace that delights every customer and supports every team member. Your daily tasks include:
- Leading and mentoring a front-of-house team of 10, including training, coaching, and developing staff
- Managing day-to-day store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and food safety checks
- Overseeing store organization and administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Building positive relationships with both customers and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment
- Collaborating closely with the Owner and Hospitality Manager to improve processes and drive growth
Roster & Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Store hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Mixture of 3 daytime shifts and 2 evening shifts per week
Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in retail store management
- Leadership or management background in a food or hospitality setting (preferred, not essential)
- Strong people-management and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on, and organized approach to daily operations
- A positive, customer-first mindset and passion for creating great experiences
