Job Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a farm, hatchery, or agricultural environment
- Hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Have experience supervising teams and managing daily operations
- Are detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and financial tracking abilities
Key Responsibilities
As Poultry Farm Manager, you will:
Task | Description |

Farm Operations | Oversee daily hatchery and poultry farm activities across various sites |
Marketing & Sales | Develop and support marketing programs for poultry production |
Financial Management | Maintain and analyze financial and production records |
Staff Supervision | Recruit, train, and lead farm staff and/or volunteers |
Procurement | Coordinate supply purchases and inventory control |
Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position located primarily in Abbotsford, BC. The role involves working in hatchery environments and requires hands-on supervision of farm and animal care activities. Some flexibility in hours may be required based on operational needs.
