- Salary: $25.00 per hour, 40 to 60 hours per week

Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Skills: Ability to handle animals and manage farm operations
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in farm supervision and animal management
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Languages: English
- Work Environment: Hot, noisy, outdoors, physically demanding
- Certifications: Criminal record check, valid driver’s license required
- Experience in Specialty: Beef cattle and livestock farming experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
As a Farm Workers Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Task | Description |
---|---|
Handling Animals | Monitor and maintain animal health, ensure proper care |
Supervision | Oversee and coordinate the work of farm workers |
Farm Safety & Bio-Security | Assist in developing and ensuring safety procedures |
Record Keeping | Maintain quality control, production records, and logs |
Training & Hiring | Hire and train new staff as needed |
Farm Machinery Operation | Operate and maintain farm equipment |
