Job Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Are highly motivated and physically fit
- Can lift up to 20kg repetitively
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Can pass a drug test and disclose any criminal history
- Have (or are willing to obtain) references
Key Responsibilities
As Picker & Packer, your tasks will include:
| Task | Description |
|---|---|
| Order Picking & Packing | Accurately pick and pack customer orders for dispatch |
| Physical Handling | Safely lift and move cartons up to 20kg throughout shift |
| Equipment Use | Operate RF scanners and voice systems (experience helpful, not required) |
| Forklift & Pallet Equipment | Use of hoists or pallet trucks if licensed (highly regarded but not essential) |
| General Warehouse Duties | Support various warehousing tasks as required |
| Fast-Paced Work Environment | Maintain high performance under time-sensitive conditions |
Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Auckland. Roles are available across different shifts and require manual handling, consistent performance, and adherence to safety protocols. A flexible attitude and reliability are key.
