Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be willing to work physically outdoors in all weather conditions
- Be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
- No formal education or experience required – we train on site
- Be dependable, physically fit, and ready to work as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
| Task | Description |
|---|---|
| Crop Planting & Care | Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and fertilize crops |
| Harvesting | Harvest apples, cherries, and other crops at peak readiness |
| Machinery Use | Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment (training provided) |
| Quality Inspection | Examine produce for market quality and readiness |
| General Farm Work | Clean, prune, and manage crop areas; cut horticultural crops and seedlings |
| Tree Budding | Assist in budding and prepping fruit trees |
Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site seasonal role with physical tasks performed outdoors. Work is available across multiple shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Accommodation is available for workers who need it.
