Benefits and Perks
- Hourly Wage: $21.33 to $23.09 per hour (to be negotiated)
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Shifts: Evening shifts available

Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Language: French
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
Job Responsibilities
As a Factory Maintenance Worker at LES PLANCHERS MERCIER INC., your duties will include:
| Responsibility | Description |

| General Cleaning | Sweep and mop floors to ensure the factory is clean and safe. |
| Trash Management | Pick up debris and empty trash containers throughout the factory. |
| Equipment Operation | Operate factory equipment, including waxing machines, as required for maintenance and cleaning tasks. |
| Factory Organization | Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, ensuring a tidy and safe work environment. |
| Supporting Maintenance Team | Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient working environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve goals. |
