Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Language: English (Fluency preferred)
- Education: High school diploma
- Experience: Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in a professional setting
- Skills: Strong cleaning standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cleaning chemicals
Job Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Professional at NEXT GEN CLUBS, your duties will include:
| Responsibility | Description |
|---|---|
| General Cleaning | Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, and changing rooms. |
| Routine Inspections & Maintenance | Perform and document regular inspections and maintenance tasks. |
| Work Schedule Adherence | Follow and maintain designated work schedules and routines. |
| Deep Cleaning/Heavy Cleansing | Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as needed. |
| Repair Notifications | Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs. |
| Minor Repairs & Adjustments | Make minor repairs and adjustments to facilities as required. |
| Consumable Supplies Management | Stock and maintain daily consumable cleaning supplies. |
| Team Cooperation | Work collaboratively with the rest of the Next Gen team. |
| Health & Safety Compliance | Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures. |
| High Standard of Cleanliness | Maintain consistent cleanliness and professional behavior during duty hours. |
