- Physically fit and capable of manual handling, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Comfortable working in hot or noisy environments
- Training in the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage, but not essential
- Experience working in a professional cleaning capacity preferred
- Experience using commercial or industrial cleaning products and equipment preferred
- Good communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
As cleaners at Downer Group you will be responsible for the following

| Health & Safety Compliance | Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning agents and working in different environments. |
| Physical Endurance | Carry out tasks involving manual handling, lifting, and standing for extended periods. |
| Work Environment | Perform duties in various settings, including potentially hot or noisy environments. |
