Job Requirements
We are seeking Truck Mechanics who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Registered Apprenticeship Certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Residency Status: Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid Canadian work permit
- Equipment Requirements: Steel-toed safety boots
Job Responsibilities
As a Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

Truck System Repairs | Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems |
Diagnostics & Inspection | Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions |
Motor Testing | Inspect motors in operation and perform road tests |
Component Adjustments | Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems and automotive systems |
Scheduled Maintenance | Perform scheduled maintenance service and ensure all units meet specifications |
Work Coordination | Discuss work and confirm findings with the supervisor to determine necessary repairs |
