Job Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Language: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
Job Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress at Noodle Cheer, your duties will include:
| Task | Description |
| Taking and processing food and drink orders | Accurately record customer orders and input them into the system. |
| Greet customers | Welcome customers as they arrive, make them feel comfortable and valued. |
| Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages | Deliver food and drinks to customers promptly and correctly. |
| Assisting with setting up and cleaning tables | Help prepare and clean tables before and after customer use. |
| Addressing customer inquiries and concerns | Respond to any questions or issues customers may have during their visit. |
| Providing exceptional customer service | Deliver excellent service to ensure customers have a positive dining experience. |
