Job Requirements

McLean Farms is looking for individuals who fulfill the following criteria:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license (preferably with heavy vehicle endorsement)
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs), perform physically demanding tasks

Key Responsibilities

As the Poultry Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and any issues that arise, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Health and Safety ComplianceEnsure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, promoting a safe working environment for all staff members.
Budget ManagementManage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for repairs and maintenance while staying within allocated budgets.
Problem SolvingAddress and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
