Job Requirements
McLean Farms is looking for individuals who fulfill the following criteria:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Language: English
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license (preferably with heavy vehicle endorsement)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs), perform physically demanding tasks
Key Responsibilities
As the Poultry Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

Record Keeping | Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and any issues that arise, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. |
Health and Safety Compliance | Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, promoting a safe working environment for all staff members. |
Budget Management | Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for repairs and maintenance while staying within allocated budgets. |
Problem Solving | Address and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations. |
Additional Qualifications
