Job Requirements
We are seeking Junior Roofers who meet the following criteria:
- Education: No formal qualification required, but relevant training is a plus
- Experience: Previous experience in roofing or sheet metal fabrication is beneficial but not mandatory
- Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to learn
- Residency Status: Applicants must be New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid work visa
- Equipment Requirements: Must have own basic hand tools; company will provide PPE gear
Job Responsibilities
As Junior roofers you will be responsible for the following
Responsibility | Description |

Roofing Installation | Fabricating and installing European-style metal roofing, cladding, flashings, and rainwater goods |
Material Handling | Working with non-ferrous materials, slate, and lead |
Aluminium Fabrication | Fabricating and installing aluminium facades, fascia, and bespoke aluminium solutions |
Machine Operation | Operating fabricating machines such as rolls, shears, and folding machines |
Order Preparation | Assisting in the preparation and organization of flashing orders for workshop fabrication |
Safety Compliance | Following safety procedures and contributing to the Safety Management System |
Site Work | Traveling to project sites, adhering to health and safety regulations |
Professional Conduct | Maintaining professionalism in all customer and team interactions |
