Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience or a trade qualification in Auto Electrical
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in forklift repairs
- Proficiency in fault finding and diagnostics
- Ability to use a computer and multimeter for diagnostics
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Work Ethic: Ability to work productively and efficiently in the workshop and field
- Communication Skills: Professional interaction with customers, clear reporting, and adherence to company procedures
- Flexibility: Willingness to work after-hours and handle breakdowns as required
- Licensing: Must hold a current full driver’s license
- Residency Status: Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
Job Responsibilities:
As Forklift Electricians you will be responsible for the following

| Diagnosing and Repairs | Identify and repair all aspects of forklift electrical faults |
| Preventative Maintenance | Perform routine maintenance to ensure forklifts operate efficiently |
| Breakdown Repairs | Handle urgent breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime for clients |
| On-Site and Workshop Work | Work both in the workshop and at client locations as required |
| Customer Service | Provide excellent customer support and maintain professional relationships |
| Paperwork Completion | Fill out job sheets, time cards, and reports accurately and on time |
| Health & Safety Compliance | Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment |
