Job Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience in hospitality or a similar Food & Beverage role
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Have good personal presentation and communication skills
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Are legally able to work in New Zealand
Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Mövenpick, your responsibilities include:

| Guest Service | Take accurate orders, deliver prompt and friendly service |
| Upselling | Learn and recommend menu items confidently |
| Communication | Liaise effectively with kitchen and team |
| Hygiene | Maintain clean, hygienic service practices |
| Team Support | Assist in setting up and closing down service areas |
Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mövenpick Auckland CBD. Shifts may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. The role requires physical activity, time on your feet, and strong interpersonal engagement.
