Job Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have a secondary school diploma
- Have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Are physically capable – bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting as needed
- Are reliable, proactive, and work well independently
- Are eligible to work in Canada (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work permit holders)
- Can communicate in French
Key Responsibilities
As a Factory Maintenance Worker at Biscuits Leclerc your tasks and responsibilities will include the following listed in the table below:

| Industrial Cleaning | Operate vacuum equipment to remove heavy debris and refuse |
| Minor Repairs | Conduct basic maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems |
| Appliance Maintenance | Perform minor fixes and report issues for major service |
| Facility Upkeep | Paint, patch drywall, and support other upkeep duties |
| Safety and Security | Perform regular checks to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment |
Work Conditions
This is a physically demanding, on-site role within a factory or plant setting. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring bending, crouching, and lifting.
