Job Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are physically fit and capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Are reliable, flexible, and work well in a team
- Can follow instructions and learn on the job
- Have no criminal record (background checks required)
- Are eligible to work in Canada (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work permit holders)
Key Responsibilities
As a Construction Worker, your day-to-day duties may include:

| Site Preparation | Load/unload materials, clear debris, assist with demolitions |
| Concrete Work | Mix, pour, and spread concrete/asphalt |
| Framing Support | Help build walls, roofs, and structures |
| Safety & Cleanup | Maintain a clean, safe job site and handle spills or contaminants |
| Team Support | Assist skilled tradespeople and operate basic equipment |
Work Conditions
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role. You’ll be working on-site at various Calgary locations, often outdoors and under changing weather conditions.
