Job Requirements

- Have proven experience in hospitality, catering, or venue management
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Can ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures

- Bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach to team success
Key Responsibilities
As Venues and Catering Manager, you will:

| Venue Operations | Oversee daily operations of UniSC venues and event spaces |
| Catering Management | Coordinate internal and external catering services to high standards |
| Team Leadership | Lead and support a high-performing service team |
| Stakeholder Engagement | Work closely with university departments, partners, and clients |
| Compliance & Safety | Ensure operations align with university policies and safety regulations |
| Strategic Planning | Contribute to service planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives |
Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-campus role based in Buderim, QLD. The role involves liaising with internal and external clients, supervising service delivery, and may include occasional after-hours responsibilities for events or campus activities.
