Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As Venues and Catering Manager, you will:
Task | Description |

Venue Operations | Oversee daily operations of UniSC venues and event spaces |
Catering Management | Coordinate internal and external catering services to high standards |
Team Leadership | Lead and support a high-performing service team |
Stakeholder Engagement | Work closely with university departments, partners, and clients |
Compliance & Safety | Ensure operations align with university policies and safety regulations |
Strategic Planning | Contribute to service planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives |
Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-campus role based in Buderim, QLD. The role involves liaising with internal and external clients, supervising service delivery, and may include occasional after-hours responsibilities for events or campus activities.
