Key Responsibilities

As Venues and Catering Manager, you will:

TaskDescription
Venue OperationsOversee daily operations of UniSC venues and event spaces
Catering ManagementCoordinate internal and external catering services to high standards
Team LeadershipLead and support a high-performing service team
Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with university departments, partners, and clients
Compliance & SafetyEnsure operations align with university policies and safety regulations
Strategic PlanningContribute to service planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Work Conditions

This is a full-time, on-campus role based in Buderim, QLD. The role involves liaising with internal and external clients, supervising service delivery, and may include occasional after-hours responsibilities for events or campus activities.
