- Salary: $55,000 – $90,000 a year, plus uncapped commission

Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Skills: Mechanical aptitude and experience in a related field (bike mechanics a plus)
- Experience: Previous experience in a workshop or mechanical environment preferred
- Communication: Ability to engage with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Commitment: Reliable and motivated to grow in the role
Job Responsibilities
As bike mechanics you will carry out the following tasks

| Training & Development | Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions. |
